Being in each other's company
Being in each other's company and be well is a result of being well with the company of ourselves. We, people, are made to live in families and build societies that will support our growth and development. When we look around us, all we see is the people and structures that people make. That tells a lot about us, our minds and our psyche. What we don't see as much is space. That also reveals a lot about how we think and operate. The moment we find some space, we immediately try to fill it in, regardless of quality and consequences. If we, on the other hand, see further, we will observe the endless space. Everything is moving, existing, breathing inside this infinite space. As the Buddhist teachings express, "emptiness is form", and "form is emptiness".
